Die schood Software besteht aus den nachfoglgenden Modulen, die Ihnen bei der Kommunikation in Ihrem Schulalltag helfen. Diese Module sind je nach Wunsch über die Administration aktivierbar/deaktivierbar.
Timetable
With the timetable module you can display the current timetables of all classes in the app and - if booked - store substitutions.

Substitutes
With the substitution module you can note on the timetable which teacher is substituted, which room is changed or which lessons are cancelled completely.

Groups
Groups are used to group students and parents on specific topics. schood automatically creates groups for students, subjects and classes (based on the timetable) - but you can also create your own groups.

News
In the "News" module, the latest information can be distributed to specific groups or the entire school - even time-controlled if desired.

Class book
In the class register, teachers can record attendance, including tardiness, the current lesson material, and homework. Students can access class material and homework in their portal and in the app.

Parental letters
You can send parent letters (in PDF format) to all parents with just two clicks. Also you have the choice whether you want a read receipt or not.

Homework
In the Homework module teachers have the possibility to receive homework (as a PDF).

Calendar
In the calendar, appointments for tests, work orders, events, video conferences, holidays, vacations, and much more are displayed in a bundle.

Cloud
Teachers and students can store current teaching material in the cloud. A share link can be created for files to be able to share them with other people. We host exclusively in Germany!

Messenger
The Messenger allows teachers to communicate with students or parents of a class to communicate with each other. The recipients are automatically created and/or managed via the Groups module.

- Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days
- "One Way" messaging ( selectable by teacher ).
- "Only Mine" messaging ( selectable by teacher ).
Sick note
In this module teachers and students can report sick. The sick call of the students is done by the student himself (only if the student has been enabled for it) or a parent.
